I’m Laura Fearon (BSN, RN, NBC-HWC), and I help people turn ideas, insights, and “what if” moments into sustainable change.
Together, we explore your health ecosystem—sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, relationships, environment, meaning, work, and more—naming patterns with awareness instead of judgment.
From there, we use imagination as a tool: to picture what’s possible, reconnect with what matters, and design small, realistic experiments that help you build habits, reach goals, and create lasting change.
This is integrative, whole-person health and wellness coaching grounded in evidence, guided by reflection, and focused on progress—not perfection.
